Refund policy

Making sure our customers are happy is our top priority! Please review our return policy below.

Please be advised that orders cannot be cancelled after checkout. Once an order is placed it goes directly into processing and our team prepares it for packaging and shipping.

Return Policy:

All Sale items or orders using a 20% or greater code will be considered Final Sale and cannot be returned. Sale items generally end in .99 to indicate a final sale item. Gift cards and gift wrapping cannot be refunded. Special launches will be considered final sale (Holidays such as Easter, 4th of July, Christmas, etc.)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in any original packaging. Please do not return items that smell of smoke, or fragrance, with animal hair, that are beyond 30 days of order date, or that are Final Sale. If your return does not meet these requirements your items will be returned to you at your expense.

You must request a return within 14 days of your order date and if accepted, have your return received by us within 30 days of order date. No exceptions. Refunds for accepted returns will be processed within 5 business days of receipt. A $6.97 restocking fee will be assessed to all returns/exchanges, unless store credit is chosen. 

You may choose store credit or refund to original payment method in our return center request. Please note that refunds/credits are for the amount paid on product and not for any shipping and handling charges. Return shipping is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Three Peas LLC is not responsible for returned items lost in transit.

Please visit our Returns Center here to submit a return. Have the original email address associated with your order and your complete order number (starting with TP) handy. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Facebook & Instagram Orders:

Orders Placed on Facebook & Instagram have a 30 minute cancelation period provided by Meta. Once this time period has passed you are no longer able to cancel your order. Please be advised that once an order is placed on Meta we can no longer make any changes to your order, this includes applying discounts not applied at checkout. 

Exchanges:

Exchanges are processed as returns. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Purchaser is responsible for return/exchange shipping costs.

Exceptions/Non-returnable items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Due to the nature of the product(s) we will not be accepting returns on swim, rattles, headbands, bonnets, beanies, teethers, burp cloths, silicone products or any item(s) of that nature.

Sales Events:

Discount codes for sale events can not be applied to a previous purchase.

All Sales are final for our Flash Sales, Holiday Sales, End of Season Sales, End of Year Sale, Birthday Sale & Warehouse Sale. 

Black Friday | Cyber Monday Sale:

Purchase must be made during our Black Friday | Cyber Monday Sale, Tuesday November 25th until Tuesday December 2nd | 11:59pm CST. All discounted items during our Black Friday | Cyber Monday Sale are considered Final Sale and can not be canceled, returned or exchanged. Offer is only valid while supplies last. Sale excludes gift cards and gift wrap. Discounts can not be applied to a previous purchase. Discounts not applied at check out and requested, will be assessed a 3% return processing fee.

End of Season Sale:

Purchase must be made during our End of Season Sale. All discounted items during our End of Season Sale are considered Final Sale and can not be canceled, returned or exchanged. Offer is only valid while supplies last. Discount is only valid on items in our End of Season Sale Collection. Sale excludes gift cards and gift wrap. Discounts can not be applied to a previous purchase. Discounts not applied at check out and requested, will be assessed a 3% return processing fee.

Free Gift:

Available while supplies last. Limit one free gift per customer. To qualify subtotal must be $35 or more. Subtotal does not include shipping & taxes. Code must be applied to receive free gift. No refunds for codes not applied.

Shipping Exception Returns:

Three Peas LLC will not be held responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address as provided by the buyer. Please see our Shipping Policy for further details. We strongly recommend the purchase of package insurance at checkout.

Three Peas LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. Please see our FAQ page for further details.

Warranty Information:

Please inspect your order upon reception (even purchases for babies yet to be born) and contact us at shop@threepeasbabyboutique.com within 3 days of delivery if the item is defective, missing or if you have received the wrong item. Items past 3 days of delivery can not be returned or refunded. No exceptions. 

We take great pride in curating beautiful clothing that lasts during normal wash and wear when care instructions are followed. In the rare occasion there is a faulty item, please contact us at shop@threepeasbabyboutique.com within 30 days of purchasing your product. Please include your order number, detailed photos, and description of the issue. We will evaluate the issue, and if found to be a manufacture defect we will work to resolve the issue based on case by case. We are not to be held responsible for accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and material through time, exposure or extensive use. Keep in mind that certain laundry detergents can be harsh and if directly applied, can cause discoloration of fabrics. Items worn, washed, or otherwise can not be warranted past 30 days of purchase. This includes items purchased for a baby yet to be born. 

All items purchased as an imperfect in our Final Sale/Warehouse Sale collections are excluded from this warranty. Imperfections are sold as is and are non returnable and non refundable.
