Lost, stolen, or damaged package?

Take photos of any damaged packaging and items and keep any damaged packaging for insurance claims. You may file a claim with the carrier if coverage is available.  Insurance for your package may be purchased at checkout through InsureShield. I would like to make an exchange; how do I do this?

Exchanges are processed as returns. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Purchaser is responsible for return/exchange shipping costs.

My package says delivered, but it's not here, what do I do?

Please allow 2-3 business days for packages to arrive at your doorstep after they have been marked delivered. If the package does not show up, we recommend calling your local post office or UPS and asking for them to GEO track the exact drop off location. Please check with any neighbors or household members that may have received the package on your behalf. If you believe your package has been stolen, please contact your local law enforcement to file a police report.

I received a gift and would like to return it, how can I do this?

You will need the email of the gift purchaser and/or the order number. Without one of these two pieces of information we will not be able to locate the order. The order must meet all our return guidelines to be eligible for a return. Your item(s) will be refunded in the form of a gift card to be used for eligible purchases within one year of the gift card issue date.
